AQSIQ change the certificate application documents (change AQSIQ)



When there is a change within the AQSIQ registered company, e.g. a structural, management, contact information change, the company needs to file an application regarding the changes. The AQSIQ agency requires all AQSIQ holders to have their latest information submitted to the agency when the change occurs. Failure to do so may result a suspension and cancellation of the AQSIQ.



Foreign supplier to change the registration, it shall, within 30 days from the date of change in accordance with the Rules, of the State Administration of Quality Supervision to submit an electronic application and submit relevant written materials.

1.         The company name or the name of the legal representative (chairman) of the change:

1.1          “Application Form for Registration of Overseas Supplier Enterprises of Imported Scrap Materials”.

1.2          All the AQSIQ applying companies need hand in the company business and tax registration documents, and the documents need to be notarized by local notarial office, and other information.

2.         Company address change

2.3           The plan of fixed office and processing locations need to be marked with dimension; photos of office and processing location (company name need to be shown on the photos).
