AQSIQ certificate is a mandatory
inspection management of national Administration of Quality Supervision,
Inspection and Quarantine to manage solid waste of raw materials export
enterprises. Foreign waste suppliers have to register an AQSIQ before ship raw
materials to China ,
and need the operating entity and a certain scale of the enterprises can be
approved. Those Off Shore Company and Shell Company will be considered
defrauding AQSIQ from the national Administration of Quality Supervision,
Inspection and Quarantine. Registering AQSIQ need the following information:
1. Application form.
2. Certified tax registration file, commercial
registration files needed to provide notarized commercial registration file.
Note: Reflect the
company’s legal representative name, registered address and other information,
otherwise it will be considered invalid.
3. Company departments, staff name and position,
contact, at least including procurement department, inspection department and
training department.
4. Fixed office space layout, label address, size
and unit of measurement; If enterprise has processing site, need to provide
processing site plan, label address, size and unit of measurement.
5. Three photographs of office and processing
facilities, including the external address, name, internal panoramic and
individual view.
